  1. DEVELOPMENT
    Complete Ground-up Development Services including preliminary site investigation and selection, due diligence study, financial underwriting, entitlements, financing, design consultant management, municipal/AHJ coordination, building permit acquisition, owner representation and oversight during construction and Property Management through project final acquisition of the completed asset. The development expertise of CRG is not limited to anyone market. CRG has the ability to develop a variety of product types and land uses from small residential and commercial projects to larger mixed-use projects.
  2. SOLAR DEVELOPMENT
    CRG is a developer of solar projects ranging in size from 5 kW to 20 MW. Based in Northern New Jersey we utilize intellectual property, and advanced technology to reduce the development cost of commercial and residential solar projects by offering a better value proposition and the ability to service a much larger market. Through the use of their proprietary technology and processes, Solar Cents originates and develops the sale of commercial solar projects to Utilities, National solar developers/EPCs and investors. Solar Cents has over 65 MW of installed solar projects and more currently in development.

    Maintenance of common areas, grounds and mechanical items are a must in all properties commercial or residential. Complete Remodeling completes each task in an efficiently and effectively. In multi-family properties maintenance and "turnovers" puts rent paying tenants back in vacant units. Scheduled maintenance in commercial properties provides a quick and in a cost effective way that can result in thousands of dollars of reduced costs. We have a staff of skilled maintenance and janitorial personnel that are trained to save our clients money.
